Our program approach

My operating system
After 25 years as CEO, CFO, founder, board advisor, and member of a third-generation family business, Frank helps leaders see what they can no longer see from inside the
noise. He cuts through assumptions, exposes the real problem, and rebuilds the path forward towards future-proof leadership. Frank started the first leadership training in 2007.
